Looks like I'm getting closer to completing my next project, a novella set in the Land of Mist and Dragons. It's a world that combines elements of all my favorite dinosaur adventure stories . . . everything from The Lost World and Journey to the Center of the Earth to Dinotopia.

This one will be the first in an ongoing series that chronicles the events surrounding Flight 706 and its survivors as they struggle to deal with all manner of prehistoric beasts and other dangers. However, in the Land of Mist and Dragons, dinosaurs are every bit as intelligent as humans, and many of them see us as good for little more than slave labor or food!

Just wanted to let everyone know that sales are still slowly rolling in and that I've sold 60 copies of the print book, plus an additional 7 sales online! It's doing quite well and I couldn't be happier! Well, I guess if I sold 10,000 copies I'd be happier, but I'm trying to keep my expectations a little more realistic, haha.

Just went to the Sarnia Pop Culture Show, a little convention that's getting bigger every year. I had a table and managed to sell 32 books, which is pretty good as far as I'm concerned. Sold a total of 48 copies myself so far, plus a few more ebooks online! It's not Stephen King numbers, but I think I'm doing fairly well.

*edit* Sold 2 more copies today, so that brings the total up to 50! Huzzah!

So far I've sold 6 copies online! Not a staggering number, but still, could be worse. It's better than none.
